Key Objectives:

Roles and Responsibilities:

   • Conduct regular legal audits to ensure organizational compliance

2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

   • Identify potential legal risks in organizational strategies and operations

   • Collaborate with other NIMs to address legal risks in their respective domains

   • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
   • Maintain a centralized contract management system

   • Develop and implement strategies to protect the organization's intellectual property

   • Collaborate with Nexus NIM on data governance matters

To evaluate Notar's effectiveness, the following KPIs will be tracked:
