Nurture aims to optimize the organization's funding strategies, foster strong investor relations, and leverage advisory expertise to enhance decision-making and organizational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement diverse fundraising strategies (e.g., venture capital, angel investors, crowdfunding)

- Collaborate with Nourish NIM to integrate grant funding into overall fundraising strategy

Investor Identification and Outreach:
- Research and identify potential investors aligned with the organization's vision and goals
- Develop and maintain a database of investor contacts and relationships
- Create compelling investor presentations and pitch materials

Investor Relations Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors
- Organize and conduct investor meetings, pitches, and due diligence processes
- Provide regular updates to investors on organizational performance and milestones

Advisory Network Development:
- Identify and recruit expert advisors in relevant fields
- Manage and coordinate advisory board activities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from advisors to the organization

- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to investors

Performance Metrics:
To evaluate Nurture's effectiveness, the following KPIs will be tracked:
